PROCESS AND FORMULATION DEVELOPMENT

By using data-driven and mechanistic modelling tools, the time to market and the R&D costs can be reduced. Experimental services can be provided to support the development of (continuous) manufacturing processes, e.g. twin-screw wet granulation, hot-melt extrusion, hot-melt granulation and tabletting processes.

MODELLING SERVICES

Customized data-driven and mechanistic models with the preferences of the client can be developed. This can be combined with advice on suitable modelling approaches for a specific issue that needs to be solved. A continuous assessment of new modelling approaches is performed in order to always provide the best fitting approach for the customer. Next to this, modelling tools to process large amounts of data (i.e. spectroscopic images) are also in our field of expertise.

PAT IMPLEMENTATION, MODEL DEVELOPMENT AND MODEL MAINTENANCE

Solving challenges during implementation of PAT tools in the manufacturing process, the development of (predictive) models and the maintenance of models with the main focus on Near-Infrared (Chemical Imaging) and Raman spectroscopy are the three main fields where we provide supportive services.
